writendraw is an AI-powered professional assessment platform operated by LOVEUAD LTD (Company Number: 16838046), registered in England and Wales. The platform simulates realistic workplace scenarios across multiple industries to assess candidates' professional skills.
Accounts are created by administrators on behalf of their organisations. You do not self-register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your account.
During assessments, we collect:
Responses are evaluated by AI models. Scores are AI-generated and should be reviewed by the administering organisation. writendraw does not guarantee the accuracy of AI evaluations and they should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
Assessments may include anti-cheat measures such as tab switch detection, paste prevention, response timing analysis, and optional camera monitoring. Candidates are informed before starting and must consent where required.
Case content (scenarios, documents, scoring criteria) belongs to the administrator who created it. The writendraw platform, its code, and design are the property of LOVEUAD LTD.
You must not attempt to circumvent anti-cheat measures, share assessment content, use automated tools to generate responses, or access other users' data.
The administering organisation is the data controller. LOVEUAD LTD acts as the data processor. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and your rights under GDPR.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI features depend on third-party APIs which may experience downtime.
LOVEUAD LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the administering organisation for the relevant period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Administrators may request deletion of their data at any time in accordance with GDPR.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
